El objetivo principal es implementar estrategias pedagógicas que permita a los estudiantes de Básica secundaria adquirir y mantener una buena convivencia con sus compañeros, docentes y en general con la comunidad de la Institución educativa Raíces del futuro. La información fue recolectada a través de tres tipos de fuentes: Bibliotecas, Libros, Internet y observaciones y se establece una bibliografía de referencia Con el objeto de analizar el nivel de agresividad y sus causas en los estudiantes de Básica Secundaria de la Institución Educativa Raíces del Futuro de la ciudad de Ibagué. Se pretende aplicar actividades lúdico pedagógicas que ayuden en la formación de valores comportamentales para mejorar las relaciones interpersonales. La selección de determinados contenidos al tiempo que los resultados de los mismos pone en evidencia una serie de supuestos implícitos o explícitos que permiten determinar que conceptualizaciones entra en juego en él. Estas concepciones y las características de personalidad condicionan la sana relación consigo mismo y con los demás, generando un discurso propio, actitudes y percepciones que terminan constituyéndose en factores relevantes dentro de la convivencia Institucional.

ABSTRACT. The main objective is to implement instructional strategies that will enable the students to Basic secondary acquire and maintain good relations with their peers, teachers and, in general, with the community educational institution of the roots of the future. The information was collected via three types of sources: libraries, books, Internet and observations and provides a bibliography of reference with the aim to analyze the level of aggressiveness and their causes in the students of Basic Secondary Education Institution of the roots of the future of the city of Ibague. The intention is to apply pedagogical playful activities that assist in the formation of behavioral values to improve interpersonal relationships. The selection of certain content at the same time that the results for the same evinces a series of assumptions implicit or explicit that allow you to determine which conceptualizations comes into play. These conceptions and personality traits influence the healthy relationship with yourself and others, generating a speech own, attitudes, and perceptions that end up becoming relevant factors within the institutional coexistence.
