Esta investigación se propone identificar las situaciones en las que se presenta la administración de justicia de los maestros sobre los estudiantes, la forma o formas en que los docentes ejecutan la administración de justicia en la vida escolar y la influencia del tipo de justicia impartida por los docentes con el tipo de relaciones que se dan entre estudiantes y entre docentes y estudiantes. Con esta información se pretende analizar la relación que existe entre la administración de justicia aplicada por el docente de Ciencias Sociales en el aula y el Clima Social de Aula del grado séptimo (702) de la Institución Educativa Departamental Puerto Bogotá, ubicada en Guaduas Cundinamarca. Luego de realizar una exhaustiva revisión teórica, se encuentra que se ha investigado muy poco acerca del tema, evidenciando escaso manejo y correlación de los teóricos con respecto a la justicia y el clima social del aula; a pesar de que es innegable que estos dos fenómenos en particular, se presentan frecuentemente en el quehacer pedagógico y en la formación de los estudiantes. Finalmente, se hizo un recorrido conceptual de lo que se entiende por: Aula de clase, Práctica pedagógica, Clima Social Escolar y Clima Social de Aula, por las nociones teóricas y la evolución histórica del concepto de Justicia y la Administración de Justicia, aplicados a las relaciones escolares. Mediante el método de estudio de caso, se recopila información por medio de observaciones que son analizadas para realizar descripciones y organizar indicadores del Clima Social Escolar, así mismo, se identifican aquellas situaciones en las que el maestro imparte justicia y de la percepción de los estudiantes y el docente, acerca del Clima Social de Aula, mediante un cuestionario, para identificar las variaciones correlacionadas o significativas entre estos dos fenómenos. Este ejercicio investigativo aporta el identificar plenamente en qué nivel se maneja la autoridad y la administración de justicia en el proceso formativo y de aprendizaje de los educandos y como esta influye en el Clima Social de Aula y en la aprehensión del conocimiento.

This investigation proposes to identify the situations in which one presents the administration of justice of the teachers on the students, the form or forms in which the teachers execute the administration of justice in the school life and the influence of the type of justice given by the teachers with the type of relations that are given between students and between teachers and students. With this information one tries to analyze the relation that exists between the administration of justice applied by the teacher of Social Sciences in the classroom and the Social Climate of Classroom of the seventh degree (702) of the Educational Departmental Institution Port Bogota located in Guaduas Cundinamarca. After realizing an exhaustive theoretical review, one thinks that it has been investigated very little it brings over of the topic, demonstrating scanty managing and correlation of the theoretical ones with regard to the justice and the social climate of the classroom; in spite of the fact that it is undeniable that these two phenomena especially, appear frequently in the pedagogic occupation and in the formation of the students. Finally, a conceptual tour was done of what is understood for: Classroom of class, pedagogic Practice, Social School Climate and Social Climate of Classroom, for the theoretical notions and the historical evolution of the concept of Justice and the Administration of Justice, applied to the school relations. By means of the methodology of Investigation - Action, information is compiled by means of observations that are analyzed to realize descriptions and to organize indicators of the Social School Climate, likewise, there are identified those situations in which the teacher gives justice and of the perception of the students and the teacher, it brings over of the Social Climate of Classroom, By means of a questionnaire, to identify the correlated or significant variations between these two phenomena. This exercise investigative reaches to identify fully in what level one handles the authority and the administration of justice in the formative process and of learning of the pupils and as this one it influences the Social Climate of Classroom and the apprehension of the knowledge.
