El presente trabajo investigativo surge como una necesidad sentida de encontrar alternativas de solución a la compleja problemática de la violencia escolar y más específicamente el acoso escolar o bullying, que hoy por hoy se ha venido convirtiendo en un lastre para el normal desarrollo de las actividades académicas y sociales en el nivel de primaria de la I.E.T. San Luis Gonzaga de Chicoral Tolima. El proyecto consiste en desarrollar tres objetivos específicos a saber: El primero identificar los factores causales que influyen en la aparición de la violencia y que se manifiestan como acoso escolar o bullying en el nivel de primaria de la I.E.T. San Luis Gonzaga de Chicoral Tolima, el segundo establecer la importancia de la mediación pedagógica en la prevención o mitigación del fenómeno del bullying o acoso escolar en la misma institución, el tercero, diseñar estrategias pedagógicas para prevenir o mitigar el impacto del bullying o acoso escolar en el nivel de primaria de la misma institución. Desde el punto de vista metodológico, el estudio tiene un enfoque de investigación cualitativa con un tipo de investigación analítico-descriptivo, en la cual se desarrolla un análisis de contenido a partir de la sistematización y descripción de los datos obtenidos a partir de las respuestas aportadas por los docentes en las entrevistas realizadas dentro del marco de esta investigación, y un análisis documental, partiendo de las concepciones y aproximaciones teóricas de algunos autores a la temática de la violencia y acoso escolar entre pares. La población de estudio estuvo constituida por los docentes de la básica primaria de la institución educativa antes mencionada y que participaron en la investigación y la muestra estuvo conformada por 15 docentes que respondieron a las entrevistas. Dentro de la metodología fueron utilizados instrumentos como la entrevista semiestructurada para la recolección de la información y las fichas bibliográficas para registrar la información documental, las cuales fueron de gran ayuda para el análisis cualitativo en el desarrollo de esta investigación. Tras haberse realizado el análisis de contenido y los análisis documentales apoyados por las respuestas aportadas por los docentes en las entrevistas, logró establecerse la necesidad de sugerir algunas estrategias pedagógicas para prevenir y mitigar el impacto del bullying en la población estudiantil y de esta manera cumplir con los objetivos propuestos en esta investigación. Dichas estrategias pedagógicas, revisten una gran importancia porque pretenden aunar esfuerzos y recursos desde diferentes dimensiones del saber pedagógico, para lograr prevenir, detectar e intervenir de una manera efectiva en la lucha frontal contra el fenómeno de la violencia y el acoso escolar que tanto daño causa a la paz, la estabilidad y la convivencia de los niños en la escuela, concitando para ello los diferentes estamentos de la comunidad educativa de la institución.

This investigative work emerges as a felt need to find alternative solution to the complex problem of school violence and more specifically bullying and bullying, that today has been becoming a burden for the normal development of the academic and social activities at the level of primary I.E.T. San Luis Gonzaga of Chicoral Tolima. The project consists of developing three specific objectives namely: first identify the causal factors that influence the occurrence of violence and manifesting themselves as bullying or bullying at the level of primary of I.E.T. San Luis Gonzaga of Chicoral Tolima, the second set the importance of teaching mediation in the prevention or mitigation of the phenomenon of bullying or bullying at school at the same institution the third, to design teaching strategies to prevent or mitigate the impact of the bullying or bullying at the level of primary school of the same institution. From the methodological point of view, the study has a focus of research with a type of research analitico-descriptivo, which develops an analysis of content from the systemization and description of the data obtained from the answers provided by teachers in interviews conducted within the framework of this research and analysis documentary, based on conceptions and theoretical approaches of some authors on the theme of violence and bullying among peers. The study population consisted of teachers of the basic primary of the above-mentioned educational institution and participated in the research and the sample was comprised of 15 teachers who responded to the interviews. Within the methodology were used instruments such as the semi-structured interview for the collection of information and the index cards to record documentary information, which were helpful for the qualitative analysis in the development of this research. After having conducted content analysis and documentary analyses supported by the responses provided by teachers in interviews, establish the need to suggest some pedagogical strategies to prevent and mitigate the impact of bullying on student population and thus achieve the goals proposed in this research achievement. These teaching strategies, are of a great importance because they aim to combine efforts and resources from the different dimensions of pedagogical knowledge, to prevent, detect and intervene effectively in front to combat the phenomenon of violence and bullying causing so much damage to the peace, stability and coexistence of the children in the school arousing to different sectors of the educational community of the institution.
