El presente trabajo de investigación aborda el mito y la leyenda tolimense como estrategia pedagógica para fortalecer desde la narración, la tradición oral, llevada a cabo con los estudiantes del grado cuarto de primaria de la sede Rodrigo Lara Bonilla Jornada mañana de la Institución Educativa Ismael Santofimio Trujillo de Ibagué – Tolima. Es así, que la problemática expuesta analiza la enseñanza de los mitos y las leyendas en relación con la tradición oral que ayuda a la adquisición de actitudes y valores positivos que conllevan a enriquecer el lenguaje estimulando la creación y la recuperación de espacios y prácticas que reúnan las costumbres, creencias, que constituyen la tradición oral de la región. De esta manera, el objetivo general es diseñar y aplicar estrategias pedagógicas basadas en los mitos y leyendas tolimenses como acercamiento a la narración y tradición oral en los estudiantes del grado cuarto de primaria de la sede Rodrigo Lara Bonilla Jornada mañana de la Institución Educativa Ismael Santofimio Trujillo de Ibagué – Tolima. Los fundamentos metodológicos que rigen el procedimiento investigativo del presente trabajo de grado hacen referencia a la investigación-acción-pedagógica (IAP) con enfoque cualitativo. En ese sentido, se diseñó una propuesta de intervención pedagógica la cual se centra en cuatro momentos: contextualización, diseño, aplicación y reflexión. La población corresponde a 66 estudiantes del grado cuarto jornada mañana. Los instrumentos empleados fueron: un cuestionario, la unidad didáctica resaltando estrategias pedagógicas y didácticas centradas en el taller. De manera que los principales resultados dan cuentan de una comprensión acerca de las nociones que tiene los docentes acerca del mito y su enseñanza, la cual se relaciona con sus prácticas pedagógicas. También los resultados muestran cuales son los libros que trabajan los docentes y cuáles son los libros posibles para llevar al aula. De igual manera, en los resultados se muestra una reflexión sobre la puesta en práctica de las estrategias pedagógicas, que reconocen la importancia de los mitos y leyendas como expresiones culturales que aportan a la comprensión de la culturales, y la narración. Finalmente, el presente trabajo de investigación hace una propuesta para trabajar los mitos y las leyendas con el de Plan Institucional en el Proyecto Plan Lector de la Institución Educativa, que permita generar conocimientos situados y alternativos acordes a las con la enseñanza de los textos narrativos.

The present research work addresses the myth and legend of Tolima as a pedagogical strategy to strengthen oral tradition through narration, carried out with the students of the fourth grade of primary school at the Rodrigo Lara Bonilla headquarters. Thus, the problem presented analyzes the teaching of myths and legends in relation to the oral tradition that helps the acquisition of positive attitudes and values that lead to enriching the language, stimulating the creation and recovery of spaces and practices that bring together . the customs, beliefs, that constitute the oral tradition of the region. In this way, the general objective is to design and apply pedagogical strategies based on the myths and legends of Tolima as an approach to storytelling and oral tradition in the students of the fourth grade of primary school at the Rodrigo Lara Bonilla headquarters. The methodological foundations that govern the research procedure of this degree work refer to pedagogical-action research (PAR) with a qualitative approach. In this sense, a pedagogical intervention proposal was designed which focuses on four moments: contextualization, design, application and reflection. The population corresponds to 66 fourth grade students tomorrow. The instruments used were: a questionnaire, the didactic unit highlighting pedagogical and didactic strategies focused on the workshop. So the main results show an understanding of the notions that teachers have about the myth and its teaching, which is related to their pedagogical practices. The results also show which books teachers work with and which books are possible to bring to the classroom. Likewise, the results show a reflection on the implementation of pedagogical strategies, which recognize the importance of myths and legends as cultural expressions that contribute to the understanding of cultures, and storytelling. Finally, the present research work makes a proposal to work on myths and legends with the Institutional Plan in the Reading Plan Project of the Educational Institution, which allows generating situated knowledge and alternatives in accordance with the teaching of narrative texts. . .
