Caracterización para la creación de un jardín infantil para niños en edades de cero a cinco años en el barrio Córdoba de la ciudad de Ibagué

Este es un ejercicio investigativo de carácter cualitativo, que tiene como propósito caracterizar las familias de la comuna cuatro de la ciudad de Ibagué; puesto que en el barrio Córdoba los niños y niñas, presentan necesidades en el desarrollo cognitivo, socio afectico, corporal, comunicativo, estético y espiritual; dichas necesidades se presentan porque sus padres en su mayoría son muy ocupados, laboran y no tienen el tiempo de estimularlos en su aprendizaje, prestarles cuidado y protección, puesto que sus horarios son extendidos. Los padres de familia del sector manifiestan que les gustaría que existiera un Jardín Infantil que atienda a sus hijos en edades de 0 a 5 años, puesto que las que hay dan poca cobertura y además, los horarios no se ajustan a su tiempo. Entonces se realiza una encuesta piloto para recoger datos y caracterizar así las necesidades de niños y padres de familia, los cuales muestran interés en que sus hijos sean formados como personas integras, es decir que adquieran aprendizajes acordes a su edad y sean estimulados en las diferentes dimensiones de desarrollo. La información recolectada se analiza, sistematiza y organiza en una rúbrica que prioriza las necesidades para, crear una propuesta con base en estas, en el barrio Córdoba que atienda las familias, apoyando el proceso de formación de sus hijos; para esto se tienen en cuenta normas, leyes y decretos, empezando por la Constitución Política de Colombia, La Ley General de Educación y los aportes de algunos autores que hacen investigaciones los cuales han hecho sus trabajos teniendo en cuenta aspectos relacionados con el desarrollo de los niños en sus primeros años. De igual manera nos hemos basado en los aportes de otros investigadores que tienen la misma inquietud, formar caracterizar las familias de un sector determinado con miras a la creación de un Jardín Infantil que traiga respuesta a la problemática detectada. Esta investigación como se mencionó anteriormente tiene como línea de investigación la “Investigación Cualitativa”. En un primer momento identificar las necesidades de los niños y las niñas; luego como segundo momento el jerarquizar las necesidades. Y por último creación y presentación de una propuesta para la creación de un Jardín Infantil, que responda a las necesidades detectadas. This is an investigative exercise of qualitative character, that has as purpose to characterize the families of the commune four of the city of Ibague; since in the neighborhood of Córdoba, children have needs in cognitive, socio-affective, corporal, communicative, aesthetic and spiritual development; these needs arise because their parents are mostly very busy, they work and do not have the time to stimulate them in their learning, to give them care and protection, since their schedules are extended. The parents of the sector say that they would like a kindergarten that cares for their children aged 0 to 5 years, since there are few coverage and also, the schedules do not fit their time. Then a pilot survey is carried out to collect data and characterize the needs of children and parents, who show interest in their children being trained as integrated people, that is to say that they acquire learning according to their age and are stimulated in the different development dimensions. The information collected is analyzed, systematized and organized into a rubric that prioritizes the needs to create a proposal based on these, in the Córdoba neighborhood that serves families, supporting the process of training their children; for this, rules, laws and decrees are taken into account, beginning with the Political Constitution of Colombia, the General Law of Education and the contributions of some authors who do research which have done their work taking into account aspects related to the development of the children in their early years. In the same way we have based on the contributions of other researchers who have the same concern, to characterize the families of a specific sector with a view to creating a kindergarten that brings response to the problem detected. This research, as mentioned above, has the "Qualitative Research" line of research. At first identify the needs of children; Then, as a second moment, the hierarchy of needs. And finally creation and presentation of a proposal for the creation of a Kindergarten, that responds to the detected needs. Keywords: Kindergarten, training, learning, early childhood, play.
