Los seres humanos necesitan y requieren de una organización social que les permita desarrollarse a nivel individual y colectivo, es decir, conformar un sistema social, en el que cada uno de los integrantes que conforman el todo, determinará en gran manera, el funcionamiento y la dinámica de la sociedad en general. En este sentido, la organización también está determinada por las influencias del ser humano en su construcción y formación vital, como si construyera al mismo tiempo un sujeto con un pensamiento, comportamiento y valores determinados. Dicho de otra forma, en la sociedad cada ser humano está supeditado a adquirir unas habilidades, de acuerdo a su desarrollo cultural y social, más cuando se trata de la formación educativa, en la cual el fundamento primordial, para este caso será la familia, entendida como la primera institución en la que el ser humano se construye desde sus primeros años de vida. La familia en este proceso educativo y formativo dentro de la sociedad juega un papel vital, al igual que el resto de las instituciones que estructuran nuestra sociedad. Es así como la investigación presente busca determinar y explorar en las formas de vinculación de la familia como institución vital en el proceso de formación ciudadana de los estudiantes de la Institución Educativa Técnica Francisco José de caldas, del municipio de Villahermosa-Tolima y para ello se realiza una investigación cualitativa con base en los rasgos culturales y las tradiciones del hogar que influyen activamente en el comportamiento y formación ciudadana de los estudiantes del grado quinto que pertenecen a dicha institución. Para ello, se requiere remitirse a autores con una perspectiva social de formación ciudadana, como son: Adela Cortina, José Julián Ñañez, Marietta Quintero, Fernando Savater y Roberto Sampieri, entre otros. Con base en ellos buscamos elementos claves que permitan dar respuesta al interrogante: ¿De qué manera se vincula la familia en el proceso de formación de los estudiantes como futuros ciudadanos? Este compendio de autores ofrece también un conjunto de conceptos que apoyan el trabajo de investigación cualitativa, de tipo exploratorio y el análisis de los datos e información sobre las entrevistas y las sesiones de grupo realizadas. En ese orden de ideas la investigación utiliza como técnicas la observación del comportamiento de los estudiantes, la grabación de audios y videos a los estudiantes y padres de familia y el análisis cualitativo de datos. Luego se inicia el proceso de interpretación de la información con base en el enfoque cualitativo que requiere la investigación y finalmente, establecer las respectivas conclusiones al respecto de la formación que reciben los estudiantes.

Human beings need and require a social organization that allows them to develop individually and collectively, that is to say, to form a social system, in which each one of the members that conform the whole, that will determine in great way, the operation and the dynamics of the society in general. In this sense, the organization is also determined by the influences of the human being in its construction and vital formation, as if it built at the same time a subject with a thought, behavior and certain values. In other words, in society every human being is subject to acquiring skills, according to their cultural and social development, especially when it comes to educational training, in which the primary foundation, for this case will be the family, understood as the first institution in which the human being is built from his first years of life. The family in this educational and formative process within society plays a vital role, like the rest of the institutions that structure our society. This is how the present research seeks to determine and explore in the ways of linking the family as a vital institution in the process of citizen training of the students of the Francisco José de Caldas Technical Educational Institution from the municipality of Villahermosa-Tolima and for this a qualitative investigation is carried out based on the cultural features and traditions of the home that actively influence the behavior and citizen training of fifth grade students who belong to said institution. For this, it is necessary to refer to authors with a social perspective of citizen training, such as: Adela Cortina, José Julián Ñañez, Marietta Quintero, Fernando Savater and Roberto Sampieri, among others. Based on them, we look for key elements that allow answering the question: How is the family linked in the process of training students as future citizens? This compendium of authors also offers a set of concepts that support the work of qualitative, exploratory research and the analysis of data and information about interviews and group sessions carried out. In that order of ideas, research uses as techniques the observation of student behavior, the recording of audios and videos to students and parents and the qualitative analysis of data. Then the process of interpreting the information begins based on the qualitative approach that the research requires and finally, to establish the respective conclusions regarding the training students receive.
