El tema del presente proyecto arquitectónico se denomina AMBIENTE COLECTIVO DE APRENDIZAJE INTEGRAL - CENTRO FORESTAL TROPICAL BAJO CALIMA bajo el énfasis de hábitat, territorio y arquitectura sostenible con un enfoque hacia el equipamiento comunitario y universitario a partir del ámbito rural. El Centro Forestal Tropical (CFT) Pedro Antonio Pineda (Bajo Calima, Buenaventura, Colombia) de la Universidad del Tolima, busca mejorar las condiciones de las instalaciones arquitectónicas para el servicio de la universidad, que junto con el consejo comunitario de la cuenca baja del río calima, exploran oportunidades para el desarrollo de la regional social y educativo. La integración de pedagogía y la arquitectura en la ruralidad de bajo calima son materializadas en un centro educativo integral o un verdadero núcleo social. Esto permitirá convertir a los habitantes en constructores activos y colaborativos para el cuidado del medio ambiente y el fortalecimiento de la identidad del paisaje, e integración social, responsabilidad ambiental y un aprendizaje activo en medio de una arquitectura flexible. De esta manera, se logra evidenciar el impacto positivo de los entornos educativos en la manera de enseñar y aprender, así como promover el desarrollo integral de forma sostenible en su territorio. El objetivo principal de la investigación es proyectar un Ambiente Colectivo de Aprendizaje Integral en el Centro Forestal Tropical Bajo Calima, a partir de una metodología sistémica dividida en cuatro fases, el estudio de un marco teórico sobre hábitat colectivo, producción comunitaria, diseño rural y la caracterización de las necesidades de usuarios académicos y de la universidad del Tolima. El resultado de la investigación es la concepción del ambiente para su mejoramiento integral, proponiendo diferentes espacios principales de servicio comunitario, cultura, educativo. Estos espacios pretenden fortalecer el tejido social y productivo, aportando en el estudio de las experiencias comunitarias de un hábitat académico para construir un eje del desarrollo integral del territorio, a partir de espacios flexibles multifuncionales.

The theme of this architectural project is called COLLECTIVE ENVIRONMENT OF INTEGRAL LEARNING - BAJO CALIMA TROPICAL FOREST CENTER under the emphasis of habitat, territory and sustainable architecture with a focus on community and university equipment from the rural area. The Pedro Antonio Pineda Tropical Forest Center (CFT) (Bajo Calima, Buenaventura, Colombia) of the University of Tolima, seeks to improve the conditions of the architectural facilities for the service of the university, which together with the community council of the lower basin of the Calima River, explore opportunities for the development of the regional social and educational. The integration of pedagogy and architecture in the Bajo Calima rurality is materialized in a comprehensive educational center or a true social nucleus. This will allow inhabitants to become active and collaborative builders for the care of the environment and the strengthening of the identity of the landscape, and social integration, environmental responsibility and active learning in the midst of flexible architecture. In this way, it is possible to demonstrate the positive impact of educational environments on the way of teaching and learning, as well as promoting comprehensive development in a sustainable manner in its territory. The main objective of the research is to project a Collective Comprehensive Learning Environment in the Bajo Calima Tropical Forest Center, based on a systemic methodology divided into four phases, the study of a theoretical framework on collective habitat, community production, rural design and the characterization of the needs of academic users and the University of Tolima. The result of the research is the conception of the environment for its comprehensive improvement, proposing different main spaces for community service, culture, and education. These spaces aim to strengthen the social and productive fabric, contributing to the study of community experiences of an academic habitat to build an axis for the comprehensive development of the territory, based on flexible multifunctional spaces.
