El presente trabajo constituye el resultado de una investigación titulada “percepciones de directivos, docentes y estudiantes de básica y media acerca del clima escolar, en el Colegio La Presentación de la ciudad de Ibagué”. Como su nombre lo indica. La investigación se realiza con el objetivo de conocer y analizar cuáles son las apreciaciones que poseen dichos miembros acerca del ambiente que se vive en éste centro educativo, a partir de las categorías comunicación, ambiente social del trabajo, retribuciones y beneficios, motivación y sentido de pertenencia. Para ello, se realizó una investigación de tipo cuantitativo, cuya muestra está conformada por 54 estudiantes quienes forman parte de los grados quinto, séptimo, noveno, y once, 8 docentes y 1 directivo del colegio. This research, presents the results of a research study named “perceptions of teachers, students and administrators about school climate at the Presentation high school in Ibague” as its name implies, this research is done with the objective to know and analyze what are the perceptions that have this people about the environment we live in this school, having into account the categories communication, work social environment, retribution and benefits, sense of belonging and motivation. This research is mixed (qualitative, and quantitative). The research sample was formed for fifty four students who are in fifth, seventh, ninth and eleventh grades, eight teachers and one administrator.
