El presente trabajo aborda el tema de la formación de instructores a partir de la implementación de una herramienta digital. El objetivo apunta a mejorar la cualificación técnica-pedagógica y las competencias básicas y transversales de los instructores del SENA, teniendo en cuenta las dinámicas formativas actuales, los principios fundacionales y los desarrollos tecnológicos contemporáneos, mediante la formulación de estrategias de alta calidad, que permitan el aprendizaje a lo largo de vida y el alcance de la excelencia del instructor. Para la consecución de dicho objetivo se implementó una metodología de revisión documental, así como la aplicación de procesos creativos. Esta búsqueda permitió generar una propuesta de Museo Virtual, la cual busca optimizar la formación y desempeño de los instructores de la Escuela Nacional de Instructores (ENI) del SENA.

This paper addresses the issue of training instructors from the implementation of a digital tool. The objective is to improve the technical-pedagogical qualification and the basic and transversal competences of SENA instructors, taking into account the current training dynamics, the founding principles and contemporary technological developments, through the formulation of high-quality strategies that allow lifelong learning and the achievement of instructor excellence. To achieve this objective, a documentary review methodology was implemented, as well as the application of creative processes. This search allowed generating a proposal for a Virtual Museum, which seeks to optimize the training and performance of the instructors of the National School of Instructors of the National Learning Service (SENA). The enunciation of this proposal allowed us to conclude that digital tools allow optimizing the performance of the instructors, as well as generating spaces to socialize artistic products that help promote social ties and strengthen the cultural heritage of SENA from the work with all the communities of the Colombian territory.
