Existe un interés por rescatar la arquitectura del municipio de Murillo Tolima, a través de un modelo de vivienda de “interés cultural y de estilo patrimonial”, que rescate la arquitectura existente, y que sea un modelo estructurante para el desarrollo del municipio y no se vea afectado por una nueva arquitectura agresiva, sin planeación ni normas de protección. para con las características propias u originarias del municipio se busca desarrollar a través del diagnóstico e inventario de los bienes inmuebles existentes en el municipio, un plan de estructuración y unos parámetros restrictivos, que definan una arquitectura que se adapte al lenguaje arquitectónico propio del lugar y conserve las condiciones y características arquitectónicas originales del lugar.

There is an interest in rescuing the architecture of the municipality of Murillo Tolima, through a housing model of "cultural interest and heritage style", which rescues the existing architecture, and which is a structuring model for the development of the municipality and not affected by an aggressive new architecture, without planning or protection standards. For the municipality's own or original characteristics, it seeks to develop, through the diagnosis and inventory of the existing real estate in the municipality, a structuring plan and restrictive parameters, which define an architecture that adapts to the architectural language of the place and preserve the original architectural conditions and characteristics of the place.
