Los avances tecnológicos se convirtieron en una necesidad básica para toda la sociedad, por eso el uso de las TIC (Tecnologías de la Información y la Comunicación), han incursionado en los ambientes educativos, generando un proceso de articulación y apropiación por parte de los entes educativos, esto con el fin de atender y entender las pretensiones de las generaciones vigentes y posteriores. La investigación se enfoca en comprender cómo el uso de tecnologías digitales, repercuten directamente en la disposición y desempeño frente al aprendizaje de las matemáticas, convirtiendo el aula en el espacio, donde fluyan las ideas, se comprueben teorías y se masifiquen las prácticas; de esta manera se conformará un engranaje que logre escenarios óptimos para el desarrollo de competencias, consolidando escenarios que cumplan con el material tecnológico y tiempo necesario para la pertinencia de los procesos educativos mediados por un conjunto de técnicas digitales que aporten en el desarrollo de competencias matemáticas del grado 5,º en particular interpretación de tablas y gráficos estadísticos. La metodología para esta investigación es “investigación acción”, ya que esta involucra mucho a los agentes que intervienen directamente en el proceso de enseñanza aprendizaje, convirtiéndose en una herramienta que permite relacionar los problemas experimentados en el aula por parte del educador con el fin de convertirlas susceptibles al mejoramiento; además una de las condiciones importantes de esta metodología es aplicar un proceso cíclico y permanente, teniendo como centro la reflexión desde el inicio hasta la culminación, brindando la oportunidad de entender de una manera más comprensiva la causa del problema que el profesor a través de sus prácticas pedagógicas ha venido identificando. Los instrumentos que se utilizan en la metodología investigación – acción, son más de naturaleza cualitativa, y por ende se opta por la entrevista, sabiendo que esta posibilita crear un ambiente de cordialidad entre las partes, permitiendo intercambiar opiniones y puntos de vista que contribuye a la reflexión en el entorno natural donde se ha identificado la problemática, la entrevista de carácter individual, sin embargo también se tomara la información que arroje el curso MATH-TABLET mediante el software que es un sistema de gestión del aprendizaje o también conocido como ambiente virtual de aprendizaje, el cual es gratuito de código abierto, siendo un sistema influyente basado en el constructivismo, con esta información se pretende tener mayor precisión frente a la posible solución de la problemática identificada.

Technological advances became a basic need for the whole society, that is why the use of ICT (Information and Communication Technologies), have dabbled in educational environments, generating a process of articulation and appropriation by the educational entities, this in order to attend and understand the claims of current and subsequent generations. The research focuses on understanding how the use of digital technologies has a direct impact on the disposition and performance of learning mathematics, turning the classroom into the place, where ideas flow, theories are checked and practices become more widespread; In this way, a gear will be conformed that achieves optimal scenarios for the development of competences, consolidating scenarios that meet the technological material and time necessary for the relevance of educational processes mediated by a set of digital techniques that contribute to the development of fifth grade mathematical skills, in particular tables interpretation and statistical graphs. The methodology for this research is “action research”, since it involves a lot the agents that directly take part in the teaching-learning process, becoming a tool that allows to relate the problems experienced in the classroom by the educator in order to make them susceptible to improvement; In addition, one of the important conditions of this methodology is to apply a permanent and cyclical process, with reflection as a focus from the beginning to the end, providing the opportunity to understand in a more comprehensive way the cause of the problem that the teacher has been identifying through his pedagogical practices. The instruments used in the research - action methodology are more qualitative in nature, and therefore the interview is chosen, knowing that this makes possible to create an atmosphere of cordiality between the parties, allowing the exchange of opinions and points of view that contributes to the reflection in the natural environment where the problem has been identified, the individual interview, however, the information that the MATH-TABLET course throws will also be taken through the software that is a learning management system or also known as virtual learning environment, which is free of open source, being an influential system based on constructivism, with this information it is intended to have greater precision against the possible solution of the identified problem.
