El propósito del presente trabajo es estudiar el nivel y los factores asociados a la percepción de bienestar laboral de un grupo de 20 empleados de línea de frente de tres EPS en la ciudad de Ibagué. Para medir el nivel de percepción de bienestar laboral se utiliza el cuestionario de Bienestar Laboral General (qBLG) desarrollado por Blanch, Sahagún, Cantera, y Cervantes (2010) que evalúa el bienestar psicológico laboral, junto con un módulo de Condiciones de Trabajo (qCT) de Blanch, Sahagún y Cervantes (2010) que evalúa los entornos físicos. De acuerdo con los resultados, el nivel de percepción laboral general es de 78,45%. La EPS con la mejor percepción es Sanitas con 90,87%, seguida de Asmet Salud con 79,76% y finalmente Comparta con 58.97%. Con relación a los efectos colaterales se encontró que la EPS con menor frecuencia de dichos efectos fue Sanitas con un 66,67%, seguido de Asmet Salud con 46,15% y por último Comparta con un 39,81%. Finalmente, la percepción del entorno físico laboral fue en general de 86,25%.

The purpose of the present work is to study the level and the factors associated with the perception of labor well-being of a group of 20 front line employees of three EPS in the city of Ibagué. To measure the level of perception of labor well-being, the questionnaire of General Labor Well-Being (qBLG) developed by Blanch, Sahagún, Cantera, and Cervantes (2010) is used, which assesses psychological well-being at work, together with a module on Working Conditions (qCT) by Blanch, Sahagún and Cervantes (2010) that evaluates physical environments. According to the results, the level of general labor perception is 78.45%. The EPS with the best perception is Sanitas with 90.87%, followed by Asmet Salud with 79.76% and finally Share with 58.97%. Regarding the side effects, it was found that the EPS with the least frequency of these effects was Sanitas with 66.67%, followed by Asmet Salud with 46.15% and finally Comparta with 39.81%. Finally, the perception of the physical work environment was generally 86.25%.
