Este trabajo se realizó con el objetivo de determinar el nivel de influencia al incorporar las TIC en el proceso de lecto-escritura en el grado preescolar de la I.E.M. Carlos Lozano y Lozano de la ciudad de Fusagasugá. En el estado del arte se tuvo en cuenta diferentes investigaciones que recalcan la importancia de las TIC como estrategia didáctica y de la lecto-escritura como un proceso primordial en el ser humano. En el marco teórico se establecieron dos categorías Tecnologías de la información y las comunicaciones (TIC) y Lectoescritura; las cuales se sustentan en los siguientes autores: Manuel Castells, Majó y Marqués, Aviram, Gagné, Vigotsky, Joao, Piaget, Bruner y Ausubel. Esta investigación estuvo enmarcada en el enfoque cualitativo, se utilizaron encuestas y entrevistas para recoger y obtener información. Después de culminar el presente estudio, el cual se encuentra en proceso, se pretende integrar las TIC y así mejorar el proceso de lecto-escritura en los estudiantes del grado cero.

This work was done in order to determine the influence level by incorporating ICT (Information and Communication Technologies) in the reading and writing process in kinder garden grades at Carlos Lozano and Lozano Local Educational Institution from Fusagasugá city. In the state of the art we had into account different studies that emphasize the importance of Information and Communication Technologies as an educational tool and reading and writing skills like an essential process for the human being. In the theoretical framework we set two categories such as Information and Communication Technologies and reading and writing which are supported in the following authors: Manuel Castells, Majó y Marqués, Aviram, Gagné, Vigotsky, Joao, Piaget, Bruner and Ausubel. This research was defined by the qualitative approach, we used some surveys and interviews to pick up and get the information. After finishing this study that is in process we hope to integrate ICT and in this way, improve the reading and writing process in the kinder garden students.
