El presente documento contiene el informe de la investigación realizada en la comunidad educativa la libertad del municipio de Rovira-Tolima, bajo el nombre , Las representaciones sociales sobre la universidad de la comunidad educativa de la vereda la Libertad, municipio de Rovira-Tolima. Este trabajo investigativo se propuso indagar sobre el conjunto de representaciones sociales sobre la universidad, que construye la comunidad educativa la Libertad, en función de la información, actitud y campo representacional. La pregunta que orienta esta investigación es: ¿Cuáles son las representaciones sociales sobre la universidad que tiene la comunidad educativa, en la institución educativa la libertad del municipio de Rovira-Tolima? Este estudio se enmarca en una investigación de orden cualitativo descriptivo, de carácter procesual, cuya finalidad es posibilitar un análisis y comprensión de las representaciones sociales sobre la universidad en la comunidad educativa. Para realizar esta investigación se contó con tres clases de fuentes: Inicialmente una fuente conceptual, cuyo marco conceptual puede consultarse en la bibliografía, que se encuentra al final del documento, por otra parte, se realizó con, investigación directa en la institución educativa, sobre estadísticas con relación a egresados y su continuidad en la universidad y finalmente a través de entrevistas sami estructuradas, con los grupos representativos de la comunidad educativa. Concluyendo que las representaciones sociales sobre la universidad en la comunidad educativa, están formadas por dos núcleos centrales y opuestos, uno que la refleja como algo bueno, y otro como costosa y difícil de alcanzar, incidiendo en la no continuidad de los estudios superiores en los estudiantes, produciendo una falta de motivación general de la comunidad y convirtiendo la universidad en un ideal difícil de alcanzar.

ABSTRACT This document contains the report of the research in the educational community in La Libertad in located in the municipality of Rovira-Tolima, under the name of: social representations of educational community about the university in the educational community of La Libertad village in township Rovira. This research work aimed to investigate the set of social representations about the university, which constructs the educational community of La Libertad, in function of the information, attitude and representational field. The question that guides this inquiry is: what are the social representations of the university that has educational community of La Libertad School in township Rovira-Tolima? This research is part of this study is based on an investigation of qualitative and descriptive order of procedural character. Which aim is, to facilitate an analysis an understanding of social representations about university in educational community. To carry out this research were used three kinds of sources: initially a conceptual source, and the theoretical framework can be found in the bibliography, at the end of this document, on the other hand this procedure was realized through a direct research in the school, based on statistics, regarding graduates and their continuity at the university, trough Sami structured interviews, with representative groups in educational community. Concluding that social representation about university in educational community, are formed by two opposite central cores, one of them that reflects as good thing, and the other as expensive and difficult to achieve. Influencing in not continuation of higher studies, producing a lack of general motivation of community and converting the university in a difficult ideal to achieve.
