La construcción y reconstrucción del tejido social como cierre de brechas en las diferencias socioculturales de las poblaciones, han permitido visibilizar una conciencia de oportunidades para aquellos que habiten una comunidad, entre ellos jóvenes y adolescentes que, por circunstancias del entorno, las decisiones y acciones realizadas equívocamente, han conllevado en su aislamiento de participación activa socialmente. Por lo tanto, para lograr identificar la problemática observada en lo relacionado con los jóvenes y adolescentes de nuestro entorno social, se realiza un diagnóstico de las condiciones, físicas, pedagógicas, tecnológicas y académicas de la Institución Educativa Francisco de Paula Santander del municipio de Ibagué, con el ideal de generar una educación inclusiva, sostenible y duradera de los jóvenes adolescentes en los proceso educacionales, con la firme intención de restaurar sus derechos, para lograr que esta población se reincorpore a la sociedad de manera activa, participativa y como persona capaz de aportar a la restauración del tejido social. Finalmente, se identificó que en la Institución Educativa Francisco de Paula Santander cuenta con estrategias pedagógicas, herramientas didácticas y tecnológicas y docentes en diferentes áreas del conocimiento que trabajan interdisciplinariamente para poder brindar acompañamiento a los jóvenes adolescentes del Sistema de Responsabilidad Penal en los procesos de formación como medio articulador de restauración social de derechos a través de la educación. Y se concluye en este proceso investigativo, las recomendaciones que contribuya a garantizar el fortalecimiento de la inclusión sostenible y duradera de los jóvenes y adolescentes egresados del sistema de responsabilidad penal, que aporte a la construcción del conocimiento y el fortalecimiento de un nuevo proyecto de vida basado en competencia ciudadanas, valores y derechos humanos.

The construction and reconstruction of the social fabric as a closure of gaps in the sociocultural differences of the populations, have made it possible to make visible an awareness of opportunities for those who inhabit a community, including young people and adolescents who, due to environmental circumstances, decisions and actions carried out erroneously. Have entailed in their isolation of active social participation. Therefore, this research project aims to identify the pedagogical strategies that strengthen the teaching and learning of the Francisco de Paula Santander Educational Institution in the promotion of inclusive education for young people and adolescents within the framework of the Criminal Responsibility System, linking adolescents graduates of the Luis A. Rengifo Polytechnic to the educational system and promote education in them as a mediator of achievements in relation to their training processes and life projects, through teaching and learning, and articulator for the restoration of their rights. Therefore, in order to identify the problems observed in relation to young people and adolescents in our social environment, a diagnosis of the physical, pedagogical, technological and academic conditions of the Francisco de Paula Santander Educational Institution in the municipality of Ibague is carried out. to generate an inclusive, sustainable and lasting education of young people and adolescents in the educational process, with the aim of restoring their rights, so that in this way they are incorporated into society in an active, participatory manner and as a person capable of contributing to the restoration of the social, sustainable and lasting fabric. Finally, it was identified that the Francisco de Paula Santander Educational Institution has pedagogical strategies, didactic and technological tools, and teachers in different areas of knowledge who work interdisciplinary to provide support to young people and adolescents in the criminal responsibility system, in the processes training as an articulating means of social restoration of rights through education. And it is concluded in this research project the design of a pedagogical proposal that contributes to guarantee the strengthening of the sustainable and lasting inclusion of young people and adolescents graduated from the criminal responsibility system, which contributes to the construction of knowledge and the strengthening of a new project.
