El presente trabajo de investigación permite concebir la perspectiva que tiene la comunidad educativa de la Fundación Colegio Militar Inocencio Chincá, frente a la apropiación y conocimiento de su modelo pedagógico, mismo que integra la Gestión Académica. A partir del estado del arte se buscan hallazgos que permitan comprender y otorgar nuevos direccionamientos y orientaciones para la formación de toda la comunidad educativa, con el propósito de cultivar la identidad y cultura institucional chincaista, ello, tomando como eje principal la problemática que surge con respecto a la reflexión sobre la calidad educativa. Este ejercicio de investigación conlleva a entregar nuevas perspectivas relacionados con la resignificación de la gestión académica, donde se adopten medidas que conlleven al fortalecimiento del quehacer del docente en el aula, la implementación de estrategias de enseñanza y aprendizaje propias del modelo pedagógico y la integración de las distintas gestiones que componen el PEI, en función del mejoramiento de la calidad educativa.

The present research work allows for the conception of the perspective held by the educational community of the Fundación Colegio Militar Inocencio Chincá regarding the appropriation and understanding of its pedagogical model, which integrates Academic Management. Through the state of the art, findings are sought that enable the understanding and provision of new directions and orientations for the training of the entire educational community, with the purpose of cultivating the Chincaista institutional identity and culture, taking as the main axis the issues arising concerning reflection on educational quality. This research exercise leads to providing new perspectives related to the resignification of academic management, where measures are adopted that lead to strengthening the teacher's work in the classroom, the implementation of teaching and learning strategies specific to the pedagogical model, and the integration of the different management components that make up the PEI, aiming at improving educational quality.
