dc.description.abstract	En esta investigación se presenta una aproximación al problema del Acceso a la Educación Superior de los egresados de la educación rural del municipio de El Espinal, pretendiendo iluminar una propuesta como posible alternativa para aumentar el ingreso de los bachilleres de esta comunidad a la educación superior. En la comunidad rural los bachilleres acceden en menos de un 10% a la universidad y por esa razón se adelanta la investigación cualitativa etnográfica en la que se muestra la posición filosófica y social de todos los miembros de la comunidad educativa frente al problema planteado y su participación activa en la propuesta que mejore el ingreso a la educación superior de estos jóvenes espinalunos. Pese a que la comunidad vive el problema aún no lo considera prioridad y la investigación propicia un espacio de reflexión en torno a él y genera conciencia sobre la necesidad de que los jóvenes bachilleres rurales accedan a la educación superior para mejorar su proyecto de vida, calificar mejor la cultura local, mejorar la investigación científico social y una nueva generación propensa a mejores niveles de vida, elevar la calidad de la educación y recuperar la confianza de la comunidad en la escuela.	spa
dc.description.abstract	ABSTRACT This report is intended to show the problem about the Access to the Superior Education of the students who have finished the eleventh grade from the education rural. It is located in a rural area, a small town from Espinal. This report is a proposal as a possible alternative to increase the entrance of the bachelors to the university. That is a rural community, its bachelors only acces to the university in a 10%, for that reason it is very important this ethnographic and qualitative research because it involves not only students but also all the members of the school community, their philosophical and social position through their active participation in order to improve the proposal to get the entrance of the young espinalunos people to the Superior Education. Although the community knows the real situation of the youngers away from university life, people do not think that it is a priority in their necessities, but the research creates the opportunity to reflect about the problem and generates conscience about the need that espinalunos bachelors enter to the university, in this way they could improve their projects of life and their social scientific researches. In a short time, they are going to create a new generation prone to better local culture status and better standards of life, too. Also they could enhance the quality of the education and recover the confidence in the school.	eng
