El presente trabajo de grado tiene como objetivo diseñar un Centro Deportivo y Recreativo Subregional, en el municipio de Rioblanco, Tolima. La meta es de establecerlo como un proyecto piloto para impulsar el desarrollo y consolidación de la red de infraestructura deportiva en el sur del departamento del Tolima. Como estrategia para lograr el alcance de este objetivo, se plantea el desarrollo de una metodología de investigación y diseño que articule los entes gubernamentales y sociales, las cuales puedan abordar las necesidades específicas de la región, sirviendo como un modelo inicial para futuras iniciativas de este tipo.

The aim of this tesis is to design a Subregional Sports and Recreational Center in the municipality of Rioblanco,Tolima. The goa lis to establish it as a pilot Project to promote the development and consolidation of the sports infrastructure network in the southern parto f the Tolima department. As a strategy to achieve this objective, the development of a research and design methodology that integrates governmental and social entities is proposed. This methodology Will address the specific needs of the región, serving as an initial model for future initiatives of this kind.
