dc.description.abstract	El presente trabajo tiene como intención principal la creación de una propuesta lúdico- musical de intervención educativa con el deseo de generar una identidad cultural ibaguereña que permita la aceptación de una competencia intercultural en el proceso de formación del ser en el educando. El objetivo de esta propuesta investigativa de carácter cualitativo es realizar una articulación musical e intercultural, aspectos necesarios en el proceso de formación en educación en básica primaria. El estudio toma como referentes las etapas de desarrollo de Piaget y la teoría de las inteligencias múltiples de Howard Gardner. Para ello, se realizó una contextualización de los estudiantes involucrados en el proyecto con la intención de conocer a fondo que tipo de interacción se tiene con el componente musical, identificando así cuál es su respuesta frente este estímulo y de qué manera se relaciona con la competencia intercultural; de este modo, estos resultados se compararon con otros estudios socio-culturales los cuales son fundamento teórico de nuestra investigación. Así mismo, la presente propuesta resalta la importancia del campo musical en el proceso de formación desde la niñez; pues si bien es cierto, en esta etapa existe una mayor plasticidad en el cerebro de los niños, elemento que permite el desarrollo significativo de procesos lingüísticos, psicomotores, emocionales-afectivos, sociales, creativos, e innovadores. Finalmente, con el resultado obtenido en la primera etapa del proceso investigativo y de acuerdo con la realidad evidenciada se crea y presenta una propuesta con el fin de dar respuesta a la necesidad manifiesta en la institución, teniendo como referencia el contexto cultural y los antecedentes históricos en los cuales predominan las raíces musicales tolimenses. dc.description.abstract	The main purpose of this work is to create a ludic-musical educational intervention proposal with the desire to generate an Ibaguereña cultural identity that allows the acceptance of an intercultural competence in the training process of the being in the learner. The objective of this qualitative research proposal is to carry out a musical and intercultural articulation, necessary aspects in the process of education in basic primary levels. The study takes as reference the stages of Piaget’s development and Howard Gardner's theory of multiple intelligences. In order to do this, a contextualization of the students involved in the project was made with the intention of knowing in depth what kind of interaction there is with the musical component, identifying what is their response to this stimulus and how it relates to the intercultural competence. In this way, these results were compared with other socio-cultural studies that are the theoretical basis of our research. Likewise, this proposal highlights the importance of the musical field in the training process since childhood; well it is true, at this stage there is a greater plasticity in the brain of children, an element that allows the significant development of linguistic, psychomotor, emotional-affective, social, creative, and innovative processes. Finally, with the result obtained in the first stage of this investigative process and in accordance with the evidenced reality, a proposal is created and presented in order to respond to the manifest need in the institution, taking as reference the cultural context and the historical background in which Tolima's musical roots predominate.
