dc.description.abstract	El presente documento ha sido producto de la investigación y las vivencias que como docente se han presentado a raíz de la pandemia del COVID-19, en donde las relaciones afectivas e intelectuales fueron transformadas de manera abrupta, ya que la priorización de la salud fue antepuesta al ámbito social, económico y educativo; es por esta razón que el objetivo de este trabajo es caracterizar el impacto que ha tenido el aislamiento social y la virtualización de la educación a causa de la pandemia, en la familia y en especial la relación estudiante docente de la Institución Educativa Papagalá, municipio de Saldaña, Tolima. Esto permitió que para el desarrollo de este análisis se optara por una metodología con enfoque cualitativo de tipo fenomenológico, con la construcción de tres test que identificaban aspectos importantes, como la introducción del factor tecnológico en la relación estudiante-docente y familia; además, se resaltan categorías que sirven para mejorar la estructura de la forma como se realizó el análisis del clima de aula, el manejo de recursos tecnológicos y la forma como se adaptaron los métodos de enseñanza - aprendizaje. Las relaciones de los tres entes estudiados y las consecuencias que se han presentado a causa del cambio en el sistema de educación, producto del confinamiento y la virtualidad, se analizaron a partir de resultados iniciales obtenidos de las encuestas, que detectaron falencias en las metodologías aplicadas por parte de los docentes, adhiriéndose a esta, la precaria comunicación a causa de la baja conectividad y poco conocimiento del manejo de las tecnologías, sumado a los problemas familiares; igualmente, la triangulación permite inferir consecuencias importantes como nuevas rutinas familiares en torno a la educación, adopción por parte de los docentes de nuevas metodologías priorizando la enseñanza personalizada y el cambio de actitud del estudiante hacia la autonomía en el proceso de aprendizaje.	spa
dc.description.abstract	This document has been the product of research and the experiences that as a teacher has been presented as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, where affective and intellectual relationships were abruptly transformed, since the prioritization of health was put before to the social, economic and educational sphere; It is for this reason that the objective of this work is to characterize the impact that social isolation and virtualization of education have had due to the pandemic, in the family and especially the student-teacher relationship of the Papagala Educational Institution, municipality from Saldaña, Tolima. For the development of this analysis, a methodology with a phenomenological qualitative approach was chosen, with the construction of three tests that identified important aspects, such as the introduction of the technological factor in the student-teacher and family relationship; In addition, categories are highlighted that serve to improve the structure of the way in which the analysis of the classroom climate was carried out, the management of technological resources and the way in which the teaching-learning methods were adapted. The relationships of the three entities studied and the consequences that have arisen due to the change in the education system, a product of confinement and virtuality, were analyzed based on initial results obtained from the surveys, which detected shortcomings in the applied methodologies. on the part of the teachers, adhering to this, the precarious communication due to the low connectivity and little knowledge of the handling of the technologies, added to the family problems; Likewise, triangulation allows us to infer important consequences such as new family routines around education, adoption by teachers of new methodologies prioritizing personalized teaching and a change in the student's attitude towards autonomy in the learning process.
