dc.description.abstractLa valoración de las estrategias pedagógicas aplicadas en la Educación Superior y su implicación en la calidad del proceso de formación de profesionales, es el propósito principal de presente trabajo de investigación. El programa de Técnica profesional en Construcción y Administración de Obras Civiles, del Instituto Tolimense de Formación Técnica y Profesional de Espinal Tolima, cuenta con una dotación humana, pedagógica académica y curricular suficiente para la formación de nuevos profesionales. Sin embargo se encuentra comprometida con el cumplimiento de referentes de calidad y con dar respuesta a las expectativas de su población aledaña y del mercado. El punto de partida para la formulación de hipótesis es la necesidad de hacer de la totalidad de las etapas, recursos y componentes del proceso un sistema integrado que mejores y fortalezca los programas académicos. El equipo investigador, a partir de un diagnóstico y exploración directa con los estamentos del programa definió 6 grupos de Estrategias Pedagógicas para describirlas y valorarlas. Dichos grupos son, Planeación, Ejecución, Recursos, Evaluación, Investigación y Extensión. La aplicación de una encuesta a Docentes es el principal instrumento utilizado para la obtención de información sobre la totalidad del proceso y sus implicaciones. El proceso de información posterior y la confrontación con los pronósticos permiten afirmar que la investigación incide en el mejoramiento de la calidad educativa del Programa, por cuanto detecta que son las estrategias de diseño curricular interno las que se deben potencializar y cualificar para alcanzar unos mayores niveles de eficiencia formativa.spa
dc.description.abstractABSTRACT The valuation of the pedagogic strategies applied in the Top Education and his implication in the quality of the process of professionals' formation, is the principal intention of present work of investigation. The program of professional Technology in Construction and Administration of Civil Works, of the Institute Tolimense of Technical and Professional Formation of Spinal Tolima, possesses a human, pedagogic academic endowment and curricular sufficient for the formation of new professionals. Nevertheless it is compromised by the fulfillment of qualit modals and in spite of giving response to the expectations of his bordering population and of the market. The point of item for the formulation of hypothesis is the need to do of the totality of the stages, resources and components of the process an integrated system that you improve and strengthen the academic programs. The investigative equipment, from a diagnosis and direct exploration with the estates of the program defined 6 groups of Pedagogic Strategies to describe them and to value them. The above mentioned groups are, Planeación, Execution, Resources, Evaluation, Investigation and Extension. The application of a survey to Teachers is the principal instrument used for the obtaining of information on the totality of the process and his implications. The process of later information and the confrontation with the forecasts they allow to affirm that the investigation affects in the improvement of the educational quality of the Program, since it detects that they are the strategies of internal curriculum development those that they must promote and qualify to reach a few major levels of formative efficiency.spa
