dc.description.abstractSe define como disciplina escolar, la obligación que tienen los integrantes de la comunidad educativa de seguir el código de conducta expuesto en el “reglamento escolar”. Ese reglamento define exactamente el modelo de comportamiento, el uniforme, el hora-rio, las normas éticas, morales, los contenidos académicos y las maneras en las que se deben desarrollar las relaciones al interior de la escuela y de la sociedad. Allí también se consigna la normatividad referente al tipo de sanción que se aplicará cuando el estudiante incurra en la violación de las normas establecidas. En muchos casos se hace más énfasis en la sanción que en la norma violada. Posteriormente se instaura como “manual de convivencia” que se constituye en un dispositivo pedagógico que determina las líneas del saber para ejercer control y disciplinar a los individuos, es decir, produce sujetos según lo dispuesto por las políticas educativas para transformar la sociedad. Eso debido a que el manual de convivencia se elabora atendiendo las pautas del Ministerio de Educación Nacional y las políticas educativas, así ellas estén muy alejados de la realidad de los escolares, de su entorno y realidad; en fin, la autonomía, el libre pensamiento y el desarrollo de la personalidad, están condicionadas y sujetas al cumplimiento de lo reglamentado y ordenado mediante estándares del Ministerio de Educación Nacional sus políticas educativas, sociales y culturales. La presente investigación busca determinar si en la realidad el manual de convivencia funciona como mecanismo que garantice los derechos fundamentales de la comunidad educativa, y en especial, de los Estudiantes o sólo son utilizados como dispositivos para ejercer control sobre la comunidad educativa.spa
dc.description.abstractABSTRACT. It is defined as a school discipline, the obligation that there have the members of the educational community to follow the code of conduct exposed in the “school regulation ". This regulation the model of behavior defines exactly, the uniform, the schedule, the ethical, moral procedure, the academic contents and the ways in those who must develop the relations to the interior of the school and of the company. There also there is recorded the normatividad relating to the type of sanction that will be applied when the student incurs the violation of the established procedure. In many cases more emphasis does to itself in the sanction that in the violated norm. Later it is restored as “manual of conviviality " that is constituted in a pedagogic device that determines the lines of to know to exercise control and to discipline the individuals, that is to say, it produces subjects as arranged by the educational policies to transform the company. It due to the fact that the manual of conviviality is elaborated attending to the guidelines of the Department of National Education and the educational, like that policies they are very removed from the reality of the students, from his environment and reality; in end, the autonomy, the free thought and the development of the personality, they are determined and you hold to the fulfillment of the regulated and arranged by means of standards of the Department of National Education his educational, social and cultural policies. The present investigation seeks to determine if in the reality the manual of conviviality works as mechanism that guarantees the fundamental rights of the educational com-munity, and especially, of the Students or only they are used as devices to exercise control on the educational community.spa
