dc.description.abstract	La presente investigación tiene como finalidad determinar el impacto de las reformas borbónicas en la real hacienda en León de Nicaragua durante el período de 1770 y 1800. Este periodo es de suma importancia ya que se mantienen las reformas que desde décadas atrás se venían adelantando por la corona en las colonias americanas y es pues en este periodo en donde Carlos III y Carlos IV ordenan su reino en pro de la centralización y reorganización del imperio español. Así pues, se presentó un esfuerzo por reformar la estructura por medio del régimen de intendencias, la creación de rubros y la intensificación de la defensa militar para el monopolio de las actividades comerciales y militares en contra de los ingleses. En tal sentido, la centralización del poder por parte de la corona española buscaba obtener mayores ingresos fiscales, la consolidación del sistema de defensa, el aumento de recaudo de impuestos y por supuesto una alta promoción de la producción en cada una de las colonias.	spa
dc.description.abstract	The present investigation has as purpose to analyze the Bourbon reforms in the real estate in Leon of Nicaragua during the period of 1770 and 1800. This period is of great importance since the reforms that since decades ago were coming by the crown in the colonies are maintained. Americans and it is then in this period where Carlos III and Carlos IV order their kingdom for the centralization and reorganization of the Spanish empire. Thus, an effort was made to reform the structure through the intendancies regime, the creation of items and the intensification of military defense for the monopoly of commercial and military activities against the British. In this sense, the centralization of power by the Spanish crown sought to obtain greater tax revenues, the consolidation of the defense system, the increase of tax collection and of course a high promotion of production in each of the colonies.
