El presente trabajo de grado se realiza en la Institución Educativa Samaria del municipio de Ortega - Tolima con la participación de los integrantes de la comunidad de la vereda Santuario, cuyo propósito es realizar un Estudio sistemático y crítico de la realidad ambiental de la comunidad de la IE Samaria para elaborar una propuesta didáctica de EABC y fortalecer el PRAE y así promover la participación activa y la integración de la comunidad educativa en la planificación y desarrollo de procesos educativos que a su vez fomenten reconocimiento del territorio, defensa y cuidado del patrimonio natural. Para alcanzar este fin se plantea una investigación con una metodología cualitativa de acción participación, los instrumentos para recolectar la información son: una reseña documental, una matriz de semaforización, y cartografía social con 18 integrantes, donde se investiga todo lo registrado en documentos, también se realiza un diagnóstico del Proyecto Ambiental Escolar y se realiza un Mapa y Matriz Véster por parte de los actores sociales, para así establecer debilidades, fortalezas y determinar la problemática más relevante. La propuesta didáctica de Educación Ambiental de Base Comunitaria (EABC), permite el fortalecimiento del PRAE en la Institución Educativa Samaria, Sede Santuario, adoptando una perspectiva sistémica e interdisciplinaria del ambiente, además se convierte en una propuesta innovadora, debido a que promueve la Educación Ambiental de Base Comunitaria (EABC) en la Institución Educativa.

This degree work is carried out at the Samaria Educational Institution of the municipality of Ortega - Tolima with the participation of the members of the community of the Santuario village, whose purpose is to carry out a systematic and critical study of the environmental reality of the community of the IE Samaria to develop an EABC didactic proposal and strengthen the PRAE and thus promote the active participation and integration of the educational community in the planning and development of educational processes that in turn promote recognition of the territory, defense and care of the natural heritage. To achieve this goal, an investigation is proposed with a qualitative methodology of action participation, the instruments to collect information are: a documentary review, a traffic light matrix, and social cartography with 18 members, where everything recorded in documents is investigated, as well A diagnosis of the School Environmental Project is carried out and a Véster Map and Matrix is created by the social actors, in order to establish weaknesses, strengths and determine the most relevant problem. The didactic proposal of Community-Based Environmental Education (EABC), allows the strengthening of the PRAE in the Samaria Educational Institution, Sanctuary Headquarters, adopting a systemic and interdisciplinary perspective of the environment, it also becomes an innovative proposal, because it promotes Education Community-Based Environment (EABC) in the Educational Institution.
