dc.description.abstractEn el presente documento se puede observar, como de manera didáctica y pedagógica a los niños de transición de la Institución Educativa Puente Cucuana sede principal de Ortega – Tolima. Se les implementa el juego del ajedrez, lo cual les permitió el desarrollo del aprendizaje significativo donde sobresalen habilidades como, Seriación, Atención, Ubicación espacial y Pensamiento creativo basados en teóricos como (Vásquez 2008) (Condemarín 2009) (Piaget 1975). Coral, A. L. (2012) que fundamentan este estudio. En cuanto a la aplicación de la secuencia didáctica en estos niños se llevó a cabo mediante un diseño metodológico que se mantuvo ceñido a la Investigación acción, con un enfoque mixto que permitió dar resultados cuantitativos y cualitativos, evidenciando los siguientes hallazgos: tanto en la aplicación grupal como individual el estudiante ejerce las habilidades a desarrollar, demostrando que afianzar esta práctica desde temprana edad no condiciona la mente, más bien puede hacer parte en el desarrollo integral del niño potencializando su inteligencia a un paso más avanzado. dc.description.abstractIn this document we can observe, as in a didactic and pedagogical way, the transitional children of the Educational Institution Puente Cucuana, the main headquarters of Ortega - Tolima. The game of chess is implemented, which allowed them to develop meaningful learning where skills such as Seriation, Attention, Spatial Location and Creative Thinking based on theorists stand out (Vásquez 2008) (Condemarín 2009) (Piaget 1975). Coral, A. L. (2012) that are the basis of this study. Regarding the application of the didactic sequence in these children, it was carried out through a methodological design that remained close to the Action research, with a mixed approach that allowed to give quantitative and qualitative results, evidencing the following findings: both in the application group as individual the student exercises the skills to develop, showing that strengthening this practice from an early age does not condition the mind, rather it can be part of the integral development of the child, enhancing his intelligence at a more advanced step.
