| dc.description.abstract | Resulta un reto para docentes y estudiantes trabajar en un ambiente de aula donde se cuente con atención, disposición, participación, trabajo en equipo, motivación en realizar las actividades escolares, donde se busca que haya aprendizajes significativos y apoyo mutuo; por consiguiente, resulta de gran importancia la buena convivencia en el aula donde se desarrollen acciones de respeto y tolerancia en el comportamiento de sus integrantes. Los objetivos de la experiencia son la descripción de los procesos de aprendizaje cooperativo, la recuperación y seguimiento de los acuerdos de convivencia consensuados entre estudiantes y docentes y la determinación de cambios significativos en cuanto al respeto y la tolerancia entre los integrantes de seis grupos de primaria de la I.E. Teresa Camacho de Suarez, vereda Junín del municipio de Venadillo Tolima durante el 2016. En la metodología se utilizó un enfoque mixto debido a la necesidad de obtener resultados cualitativos y cuantitativos, con un método de investigación acción debido al acercamiento entre los participantes, estudiantes y docentes y del seguimiento continuo realizado al comportamiento de los niños y niñas durante los meses de febrero a octubre de 2016. La intervención se desarrolló en una población de 137 estudiantes distribuidos en seis grupos, seis docentes y cuatro sedes. Las técnicas utilizadas para la recolección de información fueron la observación, la encuesta y la entrevista. Los resultados de la intervención indican a nivel general, que la utilización del aprendizaje cooperativo y la creación y seguimiento a los acuerdos de convivencia en el aula permitieron mejorar significativamente las relaciones interpersonales fortaleciendo con sus acciones el respeto y la tolerancia entre sus integrantes, el apoyo mutuo, la necesidad de responder ante sus compañeros, el cumplimiento a los acuerdos; estas fueron algunas de las acciones que contribuyeron al cumplimiento de los objetivos establecidos en la investigación. | dc.description.abstract | It is a challenge for teachers and students to work in an environment of classroom where they have available, participation, teamwork, motivation in the school activities, which seeks to have significant learning and mutual support; the conviviality is therefore of great importance in the classroom where actions of respect and tolerance are developed in the behavior of its members. The objectives of the experience are the description of the processes of cooperative learning, the recovery and monitoring of coexistence agreements agreed between students and teachers and the determination of significant changes as regards respect and the tolerance among members of six groups I.E. Teresa Camacho de Suarez, sidewalk Junín in the municipality of Venadillo-Tolima during 2016 primary. The methodology used a mixed approach because of the need for qualitative and quantitative results, with a method of research action due to the rapprochement between observers, observed and continuous follow-up to the behavior students for six months of the year 2016. The intervention was developed in a population of 137 students distributed in six groups, six teachers and four offices. The techniques used for data collection were observation, the survey and the interview. Intervention results indicate at a general level, that the use of cooperative learning and the creation and follow up on the agreements for coexistence in the classroom allowed to significantly improve interpersonal relationships and strengthening with their actions respect and tolerance among its members, mutual support, the need to respond to his companions, compliance with agreements; These were some of the actions that contributed to the fulfilment of the objectives set out in the investigation.
