dc.description.abstract	Esta investigación tiene como objetivo hacer una reflexión acerca de la importancia de la relación entre el clima laboral y el desempeño docente, como componentes de la excelencia institucional, partiendo de la conceptualización e influencia en el logro de los objetivos de la colectividad educativa. Haciendo énfasis en aspectos como la satisfacción laboral, la motivación, la comunicación, el sentido de pertenencia y liderazgo, entre otros, que resultan útiles en el estudio y control de factores ambientales que favorecen el bienestar y productividad de los docentes. Se realizó un estudio de tipo cualitativo, destacando la importancia de construir y mantener un clima laboral sano y enriquecedor con alternativas metodológicas en los procesos sociales de desarrollo humano al interior de instituciones educativas. Además, tiene énfasis en lo descriptivo, al incluir diversos aspectos que inciden en la labor del grupo docente e influyen en el desempeño de la institución como una organización social que prepara nuevas generaciones para liderar el mundo. dc.description.abstract	The main objective of this article is a relexion about the importance of the relationship between the work atmosphere and the teaching performing. As 2 components of the institution excellence, from the conceptualization and the influence on the objectives achievement of the teaching community. With emphasis on aspects like: work satisfaction, motivation, communication, belonging sense, leadership, among others. These apects are useful in the study and control of environment factors which enhance the well-being and productivity of the teachers. A qualitative study was conducted, stressing the importance of building and maintaining a healthy and enriching working environment with methodological alternatives in social processes of human development within educational institutions. It also has an emphasis on descriptive, to include various aspects that affect the work of teachers group and influence the performance of the institution as a social organization that prepares new generations to lead the world.
