| dc.description.abstract | En el contexto local del fútbol base, se quiere fortalecer y consolidar las percepciones de los niños, jóvenes y entrenadores sobre la educación mediante los valores que conlleven al aprendizaje y a la sana convivencia en estos espacios deportivos, si más adelante se presentarán estos lineamientos entonces el titulo tiene que hacer mención de estos. Esto de las diferentes edades y categorías parece que es lo mismos, entonces mejor elegir uno u otro término. Cuando hablamos de fútbol base somos conscientes que el deporte es utilizado para fomentar actitudes y conductas positivas, para transmitir valores de compañerismo, respeto, esfuerzo y deportividad pero también se observan situaciones poco gratificantes y agradables en el entorno de los grupos que pueden repercutir en la formación integral del niño. También, frecuentemente el fútbol infantil imita el profesional, situación que ha llevado a muchos entrenadores, padres, espectadores, directivos, niños y jóvenes a reproducir actitudes del fútbol profesional más que del fútbol educativo y formativo. De acuerdo a lo anterior, el objetivo principal del presente estudio se enmarca en valorar las percepciones que subyacen en niños, jóvenes y entrenadores del Club Grama Deportes de Ibagué sobre la educación en valores mediante el fútbol base. Para lograr el objetivo trazado, se realizó una investigación bajo un enfoque cuantitativo, de tipo descriptivo. Se diseñaron y validaron mediante juicio de expertos, tres encuestas dirigidas a niños, jóvenes y entrenadores, seleccionados mediante un muestreo no probabilístico por conveniencia. De este modo, participaron en el estudio 30 niños y adolescentes entre los 7 y los 16 años (11,47±3,16) pertenecientes a las categorías: pre-baby, baby, pre-infantil, infantil, pre-juvenil y juvenil. Por su parte, se evaluaron 5 entrenadores con edades entre los 26 y 53 años (34,75±12,33), con formación y experiencia profesional. La información recolectada se organizó en una hoja de cálculo de Excel, para luego ingresarse al programa estadístico IBM SPSS versión 25, en el que se realizaron los análisis de acuerdo a los objetivos del estudio. Los principales resultados revelaron que se debe fortalecer la formación en valores, teniendo en cuenta que el juego limpio debe estructurarse sobre una sólida formación en valores desde las etapas sensibles. Asimismo, de la percepción valorada de los niños, jóvenes y entrenadores, se puede inferir que no existe una política de formación ética en valores la Escuela de Fútbol Grama Deportes. Dado lo anterior, se recomienda el diseño de un programa de actualización y cualificación de sus entrenadores, de tal manera que se garantice la formación en tácticas del fútbol, pero además la formación integral. | dc.description.abstract | In the local context of grassroots football, we want to strengthen and consolidate the perceptions of children, youth and coaches about education through the values that lead to learning and healthy coexistence in these sports spaces, if these guidelines will be presented later then the title has to make mention of these. This of the different ages and categories seems to be the same, so it is better to choose one or the other term. When we talk about grassroots football, we are aware that sport is used to promote positive attitudes and behaviors, to transmit values of camaraderie, respect, effort and sportsmanship, but there are also unrewarding and pleasant situations in the environment of groups that can affect the integral formation of the child. Also, children's soccer frequently imitates the professional, a situation that has led many coaches, parents, spectators, managers, children and young people to reproduce attitudes of professional soccer rather than educational and training soccer. According to the foregoing, the main objective of this study is framed in assessing the underlying perceptions in children, youth and coaches of the Club Grama Deportes de Ibague about education in values through grassroots football. To achieve the objective set, an investigation was carried out under a quantitative, descriptive approach. Three surveys aimed at children, youth and coaches, selected through non-probability convenience sampling, were designed and validated through expert judgment. Thus, 30 children and adolescents between the ages of 7 and 16 (11.47 ± 3.16) participated in the study, belonging to the categories: pre-baby, baby, pre-infant, infant, pre-juvenile and juvenile .
