| dc.description.abstract | El presente proyecto de investigación surge desde la necesidad de desarrollar correctamente las funciones de la Gestión directiva dentro del Colegio ambiental y cultural de Colombia. En este sentido se tiene como objetivo principal Resignificar los componentes dentro de esta área de gestión con el fin de que respondan a las necesidades de la Localidad y de esta manera generen nuevas formas de plantear una educación en base a la cultura y teniendo en cuenta el papel del directivo y docente dentro de este. Se propone plantear aspectos de mejora, generando posibles soluciones al desarrollo de esta área de gestión, guardando relación con lo plasmado en el PEI y lo vivido dentro del plantel educativo. | spa |
