dc.description.abstract	En la modernidad, el mundo digital se ha convertido en el entorno en el que convivimos todos. Con el, han surgido diferentes fenomenos que se han encargado de transformar las dinamicas de la sociedad y las relaciones humanas. Entre las figuras más destacadas de la era digital, se encuentra el influencer. El influencer es una persona del común que se ha destacado en redes sociales, ganando relevancia y ejerciendo una fuerte influencia en la toma de decisiones de sus seguidores, constituyéndose como una figura de poder en la actualidad. Debido a estea fuerte influenceia, el influencer puede convencer a sus seguidores de casi cualquier cosa, lo que podría ocasionar a ellos ciertos daños que, en la actualidadm no son objeto de reparación. Con el presente escrito se pretende exponer una alternativa a la posible regulación de la actividad del influencer en Colombia, con la finalidad de indemnizar los posibles daños causados a sus seguidores con ocasión a su conducta persuasiva y convincente, postulando como una opción viable y pertinente la adecuación de su actuar dentro del régimen de Responsabilidad Civil Extracontractual por hecho propio.	spa
dc.description.abstract	In modern times, the digital world has become the environment in which we all coexist. With it, various phenomena have emerged that have been responsible for transforming the dynamics of society and human relationships. Among the most prominent figures of the digital era is the influencer. The influencer is an ordinary person who has stood out on social media, gaining relevance and exerting a strong influence on the decision-making of their followers, establishing themselves as a powerful figure today. Due to this strong influence, the influencer can persuade their followers to accept almost anything, which could cause them certain damages that currently are not subject to repair. With this writing, the intention is to present an alternative to the possible regulation of influencer activity in Colombia, with the aim of compensating for potential damages caused to their followers due to their persuasive and convincing behavior. It proposes, as a viable and relevant option, the adaptation of their actions within the framework of Extracontractual Civil Liability by their own actions.
