dc.description.abstractLa presente investigación se realiza en la PYMES SUPERLIM.W, cuya actividad comercial es elaborar, envasar y comercializar productos de limpieza y aseo para el hogar; se basó en un análisis realizado a los 8 colaboradores y los principales diagnósticos dados por profesionales de la salud, los cuales generan incapacidades aumentando así la tasa de ausentismo. Identificando patologías de trastornos osteomusculares, presentados durante la ejecución de sus actividades laborales. Los colaboradores en la ejecución de sus actividades realizan movimientos repetitivos con las extremidades superiores, se encuentran de pies durante largas jornadas, realizan un levantamiento manual de cargas, manipulan herramientas manuales y mecánicas; y, se encuentran en postura sedente prolongada. Se aplica una herramienta de recolección de información obteniendo un perfil sociodemográfico, las condiciones laborales que pueden generar trastornos osteomusculares y un compilado de los diferentes diagnósticos que generan incapacidades; sin dejar de lado las posibles enfermedades de origen común que afectan el ámbito laboral. Concluyendo que las condiciones laborales no garantizan una adecuada realización de actividades por parte de los colaboradores, incrementando así la exposición a factores de riesgo biomecánicos, aumento en los índices de enfermedades y accidentes de origen laboral. Se realizan una serie de recomendaciones como es implementar un Sistema de Gestión y Seguridad en el Trabajo, solicitar un acompañamiento de la ARL, realizar pausas activas durante la jornada laboral, tener una adecuada higiene postural, inducción y reinducción, capacitaciones en hábitos de vida saludable, autocuidado en la labor y charlas de 5 minutos antes de iniciar la jornada laboralspa
dc.description.abstractThe present investigation is carried out in the PYMES SUPERLIM.W, whose commercial activity is to elaborate, pack and sell cleaning and cleaning products for the home; it was based on an analysis made to the X collaborators and the main diagnoses given by health professionals, which generate incapacities thus increasing the rate of absenteeism. Identifying pathologies of musculoskeletal disorders, presented during the execution of their work activities. The collaborators in the execution of their activities perform repetitive movements with the upper extremities, stand for long days, perform manual lifting of loads, manipulate manual and mechanical tools, and are in prolonged sitting posture. An information gathering tool is applied, obtaining a sociodemographic profile, the working conditions that can generate musculoskeletal disorders and a compilation of the different diagnoses that generate incapacities; without leaving aside the possible diseases of common origin that affect the work environment. Concluding that the working conditions do not guarantee an adequate performance of activities by the collaborators, thus increasing the exposure to biomechanical risk factors, increasing the rates of diseases and accidents of occupational origin. A series of recommendations are made, such as the implementation of a Management and Safety at Work System, requesting support from the ARL, taking active breaks during the working day, having an adequate postural hygiene, induction and reinduction, training in healthy lifestyle habits, self-care at work and 5-minute talks before starting the working day.
