dc.description.abstract	En el transcurso de la educación se ha evidenciado que la actitud que demuestran los docentes en las aulas de clase se considera primordial para el proceso de motivación de los estudiantes hacia el aprendizaje, estudios han determinado que la actitud de los docentes en su labor debe satisfacer el proceso enseñanza-aprendizaje y las capacidades de guiar e intervenir los conocimientos proporcionando técnicas, estructuras y actividades educativas que faciliten y motiven adecuadamente dichos procesos. Así pues, (Gasco, Briñol, & Horcajo, 2010), plantean que las actitudes son relevantes e influyentes en el aprendizaje de nuevos conocimientos, además estas se relacionan directamente con el comportamiento de las personas, ayudando a relacionar el contexto social que los rodea con la conducta individual que desarrollan, los cambios de contexto pueden generar modificaciones que favorezcan las actitudes de las personas, es decir, las actitudes dependen del contexto en el que se encuentren. Por esta razón esta investigación pretende determinar la influencia que tienen las actitudes de los docentes en el aprendizaje de los estudiantes de básica primaria de la Institución Educativa José Celestino Mutis. La muestra de la investigación está dada por tres (3) docentes de la institución, en la cual se desarrolló un enfoque hermenéutico, basado en el análisis de contenido de la información obtenida a través de los instrumentos investigativos aplicados; estos fueron: Fichas de Observación y Entrevistas estructuradas. Se pretende que este trabajo investigativo determine la incidencia de las actitudes de los docentes en las prácticas educativas sobre la motivación de los educandos a partir de los análisis a realizados.	spa
dc.description.abstract	Throughout the evolution of education, it has been evident that the attitude shown by teachers in their classrooms is paramount for the motivational process of the students toward learning. Studies have shown that teachers’ attitude in their work must satisfy the teaching-learning process and the ability to guide and intervene the knowledge providing techniques, structures and educational activities that facilitate and adequately motivate such processes. Thus, (Gasco, Briñol, & Horcajo, 2010) propose that attitudes are relevant and influential when it comes to acquiring new knowledge; furthermore, these are directly related to the behavior of individuals, helping to connect the social context that surround them with the individual behavior that they developed; contextual changes can cause modifications that favor the attitudes of individuals, that is to say, attitudes depend on the context they find themselves in. For this reason, this research aims to determine the influence that teachers’ attitudes have on the learning process of students at the José Celestino Mutis Elementary School. The sample is comprised of three (3) teachers from said school, for which a hermeneutic focus was developed, based on the analysis of the information content obtained through the research tools applied; these were: Observation Cards and structured Interviews. The objective of this research work is to determine the incidence of teachers’ attitudes on the educational processes related to the motivation of students from the analyses carried out.
