dc.description.abstract	Mediante la observación realizada a la Institución Educativa Compartir del municipio de Soacha en el grado tercero se observó falencias en las diferentes formas de abordar el lenguaje ya que este no solamente se reduce a frases u oraciones, ni a palabras y significados sino que corresponde a todas las acciones humanas porque en todas ellas están presentes la intención, los signos y códigos (Amaya 2002), es importante como docentes del lenguaje enfatizar la importancia de su uso como formación integral del ser humano, sin embargo no se han implementado metodologías ni estrategias que conduzcan a un cambio significativo en la enseñanza y aprendizaje de los signos lingüísticos desde lo verbal y lo escrito. Por ello, esta investigación pretende potenciar la expresión oral utilizando como estrategia el Video Cuento y por medio de la Narrativa (Cuento) ellos crean, recrean, vivencias para dramatizar nuevas historias. En este orden de ideas, la propuesta se fundamenta en teóricos como Jaime Amaya, Carlos Cisneros, María Clemencia Venegas, Jordi Sánchez Navarro , Vygotsky y Piaget entre otros que con sus estudios hacen aportes importantes para el cambio metodológico de la enseñanza del lenguaje, teniendo en cuenta que la lengua es dinámica, social y cultural; que potencia el pensamiento y las habilidades de escuchar, hablar, leer, escribir y comprender siendo estas fundamentales en toda actividad humana y en relación con el otro, fomentando una comunicación efectiva y veraz que responda a las intenciones de los interlocutores.	spa
dc.description.abstract	Firstly the observation made to Institution Educative Compartir of Soacha in the third degree shortcomings observed in the different approaches to language as this not only reduces phrases or sentences or words and meanings but corresponds to all human actions. Because in all of them are presented, signs and codes (Amaya 2002), for that reason is important as the language teachers to emphasize the importance of its use as an integral formation of human beings. However they haven´t implemented methodologies or strategies that leads to a significant change in the teaching and learning of linguistic signs from verbal and written. Therefore, this research aims to promote it as a strategy oral expression using the Story Video and through Narrative (Story) they créate, recreate, practical experience of new stories to dramatize. To conclude the proposal is based on theoretical and Jaime Amaya, Carlos Cisneros, Maria Clemencia Venegas, Jordi Sánchez Navarro, Vygotsky and Piaget in others within their studies make important contributions to the methodological change of language teaching, taking It notes that the language is dynamic, social and cultural power thinking and the skills of listening, speaking, reading and writing essential in all human activity and its relationship to the other promoting effective and efficient communication that meets the intentions of the partners.	spa
