| dc.description.abstract | Este Proyecto tiene como finalidad contribuir al diseño arquitectónico del centro de convenciones y congresos de cámara de comercio de Ibagué. Por su estratégica ubicación, conectividad y riqueza natural en el sector de picaleña este sitio se convierte en la oportunidad para dar un punto de inicio y finalización como límite urbano y así mismo frenar la posible expansión urbana. Como eje estructurante se plantea un gran parque que contiene los lagos de la hacienda el escobal, partiendo de este se desarrolla la propuesta urbanística que alberque centros poblados existentes, reserva natural, zona franca, proyectos de vivienda entre otros. El lote de Cámara de Comercio está ubicado sobre la calle 145 y contiene 6 hectáreas aproximadamente colinda con los lagos del escobal, el aeropuerto y el antiguo cementerio de picaleña. Se plantea construir un gran centro multipropósito que contiene hotel cuatro estrellas, centro de negocios, coliseo cubierto de espectáculos, auditorios, zonas verdes y de esparcimiento, biblioteca, espacios abiertos de lectura y contemplación, reserva natural, parqueaderos en varios niveles y museo a la memoria de Ibagué. Se plantea bajo la perspectiva de brindar a la ciudad una zona de bienvenida abierta al público a nivel nacional e internacional. Dicho planteamiento busca satisfacer la necesidad de fortalecimiento del medio ambiente, así como mantener las tradiciones y expresiones culturales de sus pobladores, generando un proyecto de alto impacto que garantice la continuidad de las costumbres y brinde un espacio idóneo para propios y visitantes. | spa |
| dc.description.abstract | This Project aims to contribute to the architectural design of the convention and congress center of the Chamber of Commerce of Ibagué. Due to its strategic location, connectivity and natural wealth in the picaleña sector, this site becomes the opportunity to give a starting and ending point as an urban limit and also curb the possible urban expansion. As a structuring axis, there is a large park that contains the lakes of the El Escobal estate, based on this, the urban development proposal that houses existing populated centers, nature reserve, free zone, housing projects, among others, is developed. The Chamber of Commerce lot is located on 145th Street and contains approximately 6 hectares adjacent to the Escobal Lakes, the airport and the old picaleña cemetery. It is planned to build a large multipurpose center that contains a four-star hotel, business center, entertainment-covered coliseum, auditoriums, green and recreational areas, library, open reading and contemplation spaces, nature reserve, multi-level parking and museum Ibagué's memory. It is proposed from the perspective of providing the city with a welcome area open to the public at national and international level.
