dc.description.abstractSe realizó el análisis florístico de la vegetación leñosa de dos bosques sub-andinos en el alto Magdalena, nombrados Rio Naranjo (RN) y Campo hermoso (CH), localizados en el municipio de Villarrica-Tolima, por medio del establecimiento de una parcela permanente cuadrada (PPC) de 1ha (100x100m) en cada bosque. Donde se obtuvieron de cada morfotipo colectas botánicas y de cada individuo los datos correspondientes a su identidad y al DAP en el POM≥10cm. Las plantas fueron determinadas al taxon más específico posible y se realizaron cálculos a partir de los datos dasométricos y demográficos para describir los patrones que definen las comunidades estudiadas desde su estructura y composición. De igual manera se estimó la riqueza usando estimadores no paramétricos y la diversidad de cada sitio usando el índice de Simpson, Shannon, Margalef y números de Hill. Esta información también se usó como insumo para realizar comparaciones entre las comunidades y así aportar a la discusión referente a la betadiversidad en estos bosques. Se encontraron 61 especies en total, 16 especies en común para CH y RN, 22 especies exclusivas para RN y 23 para CH. diez especies raras para RN y seis en CH. las comunidades evaluadas son altamente contrastantes a pesar de estar en la misma zona de vida, a una distancia menor a 3 km y con una riqueza que solo difiere en un individuo. Posiblemente estas diferencias estén dadas por eventos estocásticos, la dinámica biogeográfica de las especies de los andes y la gran variedad de ambientes generados.
dc.description.abstractThe floristic analysis of the woody vegetation of two sub-Andean forests in the upper Magdalena, named Rio Naranjo (RN) and Campo Hermoso (CH), located in the municipality of Villarica-Tolima, was carried out, through the establishment of a permanent plot square (PPC) of 1ha (100x100m) in each forest. Where botanical collections were obtained from each morphotype and from each individual the data corresponding to their identity and DAP in the POM≥10cm. The plants were determined to the most specific taxon possible and calculations were made from the dasometric and demographic data to describe the patterns that define the studied communities from their structure and composition. Similarly, the richness was estimated using non-parametric estimators and the diversity of each site using the Simpson, Shannon, Margalef index and Hill numbers. This information was also used as input to make comparisons between the communities and thus contribute to the discussion regarding beta-diversity in these forests. A total of 61 species were found, 16 species in common for CH and RN, 22 exclusive species for RN and 23 for CH. ten rare species for RN and six for CH. The communities evaluated are highly contrasting despite being in the same life zone, at a distance of less than 3 km and with a richness that only differs in one individual. Possibly these differences are due to stochastic events, the biogeographic dynamics of the species of the Andes and the great variety of environments generated.eng
