dc.description.abstractCon una Investigación en Ciencias Sociales, no pretendemos hallar la fórmula mágica similar a la búsqueda de la cura para una enfermedad física, pues la condición humana no se puede encasillar ni estereotipar, más aún cuando se tratan temas relacionados con el comportamiento y las reacciones de la más difícil de las criaturas sobre la tierra: el ser humano. Por esta razón, decidimos realizar un estado del arte, que nos ayudará a encontrar estrategias para ser aplicadas en nuestra labor diaria y en la tarea de entender algo tan inherente al ser humano como son los conflictos interpersonales. Partimos de unos fundamentos teóricos que nos ayuden a entender conceptualmente el conflicto, su clasificación, principales perspectivas teóricas, los tipos de reacción frente a los conflictos y los ámbitos en los cuales se presentan. Posteriormente presentamos una reflexión teórica acerca de la etapa escolar del joven y cerramos esta parte de fundamentación con un análisis corto relacionado con el manejo del conflicto en los jóvenes escolarizados. Pasamos luego a la revisión de antecedentes con la presentación de experiencias realizadas en diferentes países, con anterioridad al período de estudio que hemos establecido para nuestro trabajo (2007 -2011), las cuales nos proporcionan categorías de análisis importantes para el logro de nuestro objetivo. Con base en esta fundamentación inicial planteamos unos objetivos, metodología y ruta metodológica para entrar en materia y reseñar las investigaciones sobre el manejo del conflicto con jóvenes escolarizados en Colombia en los últimos cinco años. Tomamos seis investigaciones realizadas en diferentes partes de nuestro país que corresponden a ocho experiencias significativas relacionadas con la convivencia y los contextos que rodean a nuestros estudiantes. Además se presentan estrategias de intervención para docentes y directivos docentes en cuanto a prevención y disminución de los problemas que al respecto ya se nos presentan en el entorno educativo. dc.description.abstractABSTRACT With a Social Science Research, we don’t intend to find the magic formula similar to finding a cure for a physical illness, because the human condition can’t be pigeonholed or stereotyped, especially when dealing with issues related to the behavior and reactions the hardest creatures on earth: the human being. For this reason, we decided to make a state of the art, which will help us to find strategies to be applied in our daily work and the task of understanding something as inherent human such as interpersonal conflicts. We start with some theoretical foundations to help us understand conceptually the conflict, their classification, major theoretical perspectives, types of reaction to conflict and the areas in which they arise. We then present a theoretical reflection about the young school age and close this part of foundation with a short analysis related to conflict management in school youth. We then turn to the background check with the presentation of experiences in different countries, before the study period of our work (2007 -2011), which provide us with important analytical categories to achieve our goal. Based on this initial foundation propose objectives, methodology and methodological route to enter the field and review research on conflict management with young students in Colombia over the past five years. We conducted six investigations in different parts of our country that correspond to eight significant experiences related to coexistence and contexts that surround our students. Also present intervention strategies for teachers and school administrators in the prevention and reduction of problems in this regard and we have in the educational setting.
