The football cheering crowd has been a violent group for some many years, whose practices increase the levels of delinquency and drug addiction. This football groups have been originate from the soccer cheerling of Europe the hooligans. The academy has studied this subject in the international field for so many years widely; stand out the Argentinian case, for its controversial features. Just like that, the academy has tried to know the groups’ dynamic, from the cultural analysis in a vision where the soccer cheering groups are social agents, further the violence and their passion for football. Indeed the “Revolución Vinotinto Sur” is a good example of the new dynamics where the Colombian’s football cheering crowd (bars) coincide and in fact the “strength” isn’t a violence referent and begins to be a symbolic fundament for the cultural practices that transcends to the coexistence in the football, the art, the politics, as pillars of a movement called “barrismo social”. For this movement the football cheering crowd (bars) re-means your habitus and configure your identity, or give meaning to your identity. The knowledge given from this dynamics and the cheerling’s practices in the Ibagué city, is a job which has not been initiated yet and this job need some important contributions for us to know about the passion and the strength in a how football cheering crowds transforms into the RVS.
